Prawn crackers


Prawn crackers, also known as shrimp chips, are a popular snack in many Asian countries, especially in Southeast Asia. They are made from a mixture of ground prawns (shrimp), tapioca starch, and water. Please note, this dish is suitable for gluten-free diet.
