Cannelloni (Italian for large reeds) are tubes of pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese. These tubes are laid on a bed tomato and basil sauce, topped with white sauce and mozzarella cheese then oven baked. Please note, this dish is suitable for vegetarian diets.
