Cauliflower, chickpea and pepper korma curry


A south western Indian curry made with cauliflower, chickpeas, onions, mixed bell peppers and tomatoes all cooked in a Goan spiced paste made from red chilies, creamed coconut, tamarind concentrate, garlic purée and ginger purée. Please note, this dish is suitable for vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free diets.
