Butternut squash, spinach and sage risotto


Risotto originates in Northern Italy consisting of rice cooked in broth until creamy. We have loaded this heaps of roasted butternut squash, spinach and sage. Vegetarian Parmesan-style cheese is offered on the side. Please note, this dish is suitable for vegetarian, plant-based and gluten-free diets.
